Most Harley-Davidson touring motorcycles have a separate sump for the engine, transmission, and primary chaincase (hence the 3-holes). AMSOIL recommends 20W-50 Synthetic V-Twin Motorcycle Oil for all three in most Harleys.
In order to do a 3-hole oil change, you'll have to purchase additional O-rings and more 20W-50 v-twin oil since the V-Twin oil change kits only include enough oil for just the engine.

You can mix synthetic and regular oil in a motorcycle, but it is not recommended. Mixing synthetic and conventional oil degrades the lubricating properties and chemical additives in synthetics.
AMSOIL motorcycle oil can be purchased online through Authorized Dealers or AMSOIL's website, as well as from local retailers, like many NAPA stores and other auto parts, quick lubes, service centers and powersports dealers.
The term metric motorcycle refers to motorcycles built outside of the US, brands like Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki. Most of these non-US brands measure their engines in cubic centimeters (CCs) rather than cubic inches.
